These Terms of Service explain the rules for using our website, joining our panel, and participating in surveys. By signing up or using our services, you agree to follow these terms, they help us keep things fair, transparent, and secure for everyone.

1. Introduction
Perspetivo AB ("Perspetivo", "we", "our" or "us") is a Swedish data analysis and survey company based in Stockholm. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website perspetivo.com (the “Website”), access to our services, and participation in our panel.
2. Consent to Data Use
By registering as a panelist, you consent to Perspetivo AB collecting and processing your personal data for the following purposes:
To verify your identity at registration (via BankID or equivalent secure method).
To invite you to relevant surveys, match you with appropriate target groups, and ensure representativity in research.
To analyse and report aggregated survey results to our clients.
To improve the quality, security and user experience of our services.
Your personal data is always processed in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable Swedish data protection legislation. Survey responses are pseudonymised and stored separately from your personal identifiers.
Perspetivo uses EU-based cloud services for secure data storage. Data is retained for a maximum of 36 months after your last activity unless longer retention is required by law. You can withdraw your consent at any time, which will terminate your membership and delete your data (subject to legal obligations).
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification of inaccurate data, restriction or erasure, as well as the right to data portability and to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

3. Panel Participation
3.1 Free Membership: Joining the panel is completely free.
3.2 Age Requirement: You must be at least 15 years old to join.
3.3 BankID Verification: To confirm your identity and prevent fraud, we require BankID verification. This ensures:
Each person only creates one account
Our surveys are answered by real individuals
3.4 Rewards: By completing surveys, you earn points. These can be redeemed for digital vouchers or donated to charity. We may update or change the rewards program, but any changes will be communicated clearly and in advance.
4. Use and Responsibilities
4.1 Anonymity: All survey responses are anonymous and tied only to a randomly generated ID.
4.2 GDPR Compliance: Your data is handled according to the GDPR and our Privacy Policy.
4.3 Research Standards: We adhere to international ESOMAR standards for research and data ethics.
4.4 Member Conduct:
Do not create multiple accounts
Do not submit false or misleading survey responses
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and forfeit points if misuse is detected
4.5 Ownership: All anonymized survey data becomes the property of Perspetivo for research and analysis. Your responses are never used to target you with advertising.
4.6 Account Termination:
You can end your membership at any time via our platform
We may close your account if you breach these Terms
5. Liability
Perspetivo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. While we strive for uninterrupted access, we do not guarantee platform availability at all times.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our Website and platform is protected by copyright and belongs to Perspetivo or our licensors. You may not reuse or republish content without our written consent.
7. Third-Party Links
We may provide links to other sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. In the event of disputes, we encourage direct resolution. Unresolved matters may be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or Swedish courts.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations. You will be notified by email or through the panel portal before changes take effect.
