Women powering women

Did you know that 3 out of 4 women wish they had a mentor in their careers? This is shown in our report together with Women for Leaders and Signe – a new platform for female mentorship. The report states that many women, regardless of their background, experience a sense of uncertainty in their careers and emphasizes that mentorship is one of the most significant forms of career support available. This is further confirmed by the 74% who do have a mentor and at the same time state that they rarely or never feel lost in their careers.

With over 550 female respondents, 72% indicate that they currently do not have a mentor, while an even larger percentage, as mentioned earlier, express a desire for one. The need for Signe is a fact, and we are extremely proud to have been a part such an insightful report.
