Through their Perspetivo subscription, Hemmaplan continuously collects insights from residents in Gottsunda (Uppsala) and Rosengård (Malmö), two vibrant areas where diversity is high, but where traditional research methods often fail to capture the full range of perspectives.
To bridge that gap, Hemmaplan uses Perspetivo’s digital platform to run ongoing, representative surveys among local residents. The data reveals how people perceive their local center, what they value most, and what improvements they would like to see, helping Hemmaplan base decisions on real needs rather than assumptions.
Each quarter, Perspetivo delivers quantitative insights from approximately 600 respondents per area, achieving a 95% confidence level and a 4% margin of error, with strict demographic representation. This continuous flow of insights ensures that Hemmaplan’s development work remains relevant, inclusive, and data-driven.
Beyond supporting strategic decision-making, Perspetivo also acts as a data-verifying partner for Hemmaplan’s sustainability-linked loan, ensuring that social impact is measured transparently and accurately.
