1. Introduction
Welcome to Perspetivo AB, a representative and inclusive data analysis and survey company based in Stockholm, Sweden. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your participation in Perspetivo’s panels, your use of the website perspetivo.com (the “Website”), and access to our services.
The Website is owned and operated by Perspetivo AB (company registration number 559378-5818). References to “Perspetivo”, “we”, “our” or “us” refer to Perspetivo AB.
By registering as a panel member or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not register or use the service.
2. Panel Participation
2.1. Free Membership: Registration and participation in Perspetivo’s panels are completely free of charge.
2.2. Age Requirement: You must be at least 15 years of age to register as a member.
2.3. Registration and BankID Verification:
To ensure that each member is a real person and to avoid duplicate accounts or automated bots, Perspetivo uses BankID (Swedish electronic identification) for registration.
By registering, you confirm that you only maintain one account and that you use your own BankID.
2.4. Rewards: As a panel member, you may collect points by participating in surveys. Points can be redeemed for offers or vouchers according to the rules provided in the panel portal. Perspetivo reserves the right to change or discontinue the rewards program at any time, but you will always be informed in advance of any such changes.
3. Use and Responsibilities
3.1. Anonymity: All surveys are anonymous. Your responses are linked only to a randomly generated user ID.
3.2. GDPR and Data Protection: All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy (available on the Website) and applicable legislation, including the GDPR.
3.3. ESOMAR Standards: Perspetivo follows the international ESOMAR guidelines for research and survey practices.
3.4. Proper Panel Conduct:
You may not create multiple accounts or attempt to manipulate the system.
You agree to provide truthful and accurate responses to surveys.
If Perspetivo suspects misuse, false responses, or fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to terminate your account and cancel any accumulated points.
3.5. Ownership of Survey Responses: All survey responses and data provided by panel members become the property of Perspetivo (in anonymized form) and are used solely for research and analytical purposes. Your individual responses will never be sold or used for direct marketing towards you.
3.6. Termination of Account:
You may terminate your membership at any time by contacting us.
Perspetivo may terminate your account if you breach these Terms or use the service in a manner that harms Perspetivo or other members.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. Perspetivo is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Website or our panel services.
4.2. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Website or panel services.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. All content on the Website and in the panel portal (including text, graphics, logos, and software) is owned by Perspetivo or its licensors and is protected by copyright laws.
5.2. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or otherwise use such content without our prior written consent.
6. Third-Party Links
The Website may contain links to external sites. Perspetivo is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of such third-party sites.
7. Customer Support
If you have any questions, comments, or complaints, you may contact Perspetivo at support@perspetivo.com. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
8.1. These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
8.2. Any disputes should first be resolved through dialogue between you and Perspetivo. If the dispute cannot be resolved, you may refer the matter to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or Swedish courts.
9. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. In the event of significant changes, you will be informed by email or through the panel portal well in advance of the changes taking effect.
